40 year old before and one year after mommy makeover consisting of breast implant revision, breast lift, full tummy tuck and upper hip liposuction. The previous 13 year old implants were repositioned higher and closer, surprisingly the left side was found to be ruptured. New slightly larger and more cohesive 470 cc high profile style HSC+ Sientra implants were used.
