Case Details

36-year-old female who had subpectoral augmentation years ago. Over time, the 285 cc implants bottomed out and slipped to a largely subglandular position. We changed back to the submuscular position and supported new 325 cc moderate plus profile implants to a new and higher capsule position with Durasorb mesh soft tissue support. She is shown before and one year after this amazing transformation. She is very happy with the new supported implants and breast position. This will be a much more stable implant position over time.
