Description: 43 year old female before and one year after breast augmentation revision. Although she did not have a bad result from her augmentation 13 years ago she was having problem with the “feel” and rippling of the saline implants and wanted larger silicone implants. The implants removed were saline 400 cc on the right and 425 cc on the left. The new implants chosen were Allergan Inspira style SRX 495 cc on the right and 525 cc on the left.
