Case Details

39 year old, before and one year after a modified full tummy tuck and a breast lift.   Her tummy tuck was complicated by a large upper abdomen scar from a childhood surgery that did not allow for a standard tummy tuck approach (for safety concerns).   The tummy tuck was modified to a vertical scar or fleur de lis pattern to allow for safe and full removal of skin excess.
