Description: Before and one year after breast augmentation revision. Her implants were asymmetric and too large for her. Surgery included removal of saline implants, revision of the implant positions, mastopexy to improve the skin envelope and replacement with smaller silicone implants. She had a tummy tuck in the same procedure.
