Description: She had rejuvenation after weight loss including breast augmentation mastopexy and full tummy tuck. The breasts had significant asymmetry and each breast was treated quite differently. On the right we did an anchor scar mastopexy, breast tissue reduction and 220 cc low profile implants. On the left we did a lollipop scar mastopexy without reduction and similarly 220 cc low profile implants. The volume was made more symmetric by reducing the right so similar dimension and volume implants could be used.
