Procedure: Breast augmentation, modified mini tummy tuck, umbilicoplasty
Description: The patient had 3 children and desired filling of her breasts and tightening of the abdomen. The upper abdomen skin was in fairly good shape aside from the skin directly around the belly button. It was determined she would do fairly well with a mini tummy tuck and reshaping of the belly button skin (umbilicoplasty). She also had breast augmentation with 325 cc smooth round silicone submuscular implants. She reports her cup size went from a B to a C cup. The photos are 1 year postop.
