Description: One year after mommy makeover consisting of breast augmentation and a tummy tuck. She has very thin and stretched central abdomen skin which was in part removed by excision through a vertical scar. Leaving this skin would have been problematic and the vertical scar was certainly indicated in this case. We prefer to avoid vertical scars whenever possible. Her implants are high profile 330 cc.
